My perfect Computer. Gone

I really wonder is it the way i handle my computer or is it technology just works this way. My computer just crashed hours ago and i manage to get it up working again after a quick re-formatting. But this "stupid" act, just cause me to lose the precious information, data, pictures, songs and games that i build up for a long time.

My computer now no longer reads chinese in msn, cute emotion icons gone, "beautiful" pictures of me and my friend also gone with the wind and all the useful links under favourites also gone. I am so screwed now. SO SAD!!!

Sidetrack:
Just minutes ago, Superband annouce the final 4 to enter the grandfinals! Just as i expected, Brods was out of the competition. Quite a waste, but can't help it, when there are 5 great teams coming together, there is bound to be 1 to be out.
The final 4... woohoo....
