Memoirs Of A Geisha

What could have been a better way to celebrate the eve of the eve of lunar new year, by watch Zhang ZiYi donning her kimono stepping to the road to being a geisha, with a group of friends?

Memoirs of a Geisha
A great movie i should say. I would give this movie a rating of 8/10. Given the fact that they have a very strong casts, a good plot as well as good acting skills by the 3 Asian women who have made their name big in Hollywood. However, the slightly-draggy movie and the abrupt ending were the reasons for the 2 marks that they lost in my rating...hahaha. A 2hour and 15 mins movie was truely long, but it has change my impression of what i think a Geisha when i was younger. I used to think that geisha are crazy people with weird make-up (whitey face...haha) and wear a kimono. As a matter of fact, this movie has actually made me wanted to even buy the novel to know more details, that's so unlike me. Never would i want to read a novel where i could watch a movie for it. hahaha Anyway, i shan't say more about this movie. You should just go and watch it. It's worthwhile i think. Really.

So So So. Lunar New Year is coming. Yes is coming very soon~~~ yeahhh~~
