HAppy New Year

Firstly would like to wish all who are readin, A VERY HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR.... yea

new year eve
besides the reunion dinner that we have every year, would u believe if i said i went to guan yin temple at waterloo street at the strike of midnight to pray...? i think u would, coz many pple are doing tt... well let me now describe wat had happened there. as usual the crowd was WHOOOO. many pple. we were there pray the goddess of mercy. well we squeeze our way into the temple, really squezzing. then u could see many pple holding joss stick (those very big and huge kind) so u can imagine how "fresh" the air there could be. i could not lift up my head as once i lift it up, i would have sniff the smoke and get myself choke and my tear rolling down my eyes. we were there for about 50 mins... think spending almost 30-40 mins "queueing" to get into the temple.

1st day
well ytd, which is the first day of the chinese new year, had a really boring day. no visiting, no angpao, no everything....hahaha
first thing in the morning after waking up at 9am, we went to the temple to pray again. this time a different one... then after praying decide to go catch a movie.
